- To ensure a healthful environment for our clients, no smoking is permitted at Salon 505 Day Spa.
- We require 24-hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments and 48-hour notice for any date changes or cancellation for packages. There is a 100% cancellation fee with less than a 24-hour notice for services and 48-hour notice for packages. No-shows will be billed 100% for all scheduled services and or packages.
- We request that all appointments be confirmed with a credit card. Please have one ready when you call to make your appointment.
- Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your beauty services. Please help us by being on time so that no one will wait for service.
- We recommend that clients schedule their next colour, haircut, perm, manicure, facial or massage prior to leaving Salon 505 Day Spa.
- If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member or if you would like a different perspective please let us know. We are professionals and are happy to have clients work with all staff members.
- All prices are subject to change and may vary by location and gratuities are not included.
- We are always open to suggestions. Please let us know if we can do anything to better serve you.
- We enjoy having you as a client. Bring a friend along and receive a special gift.
- Parking in the parking garage is also provided in the Arboretum.

- Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear a smock provided for your protection.
- To prolong the benefits of the special services and treatments at Salon 505 Day Spa our spa, hair, and skin products are available for purchase and home use.
- We hold nature and the environment in the highest regard. That’s why Salon 505 Day Spa recycles and uses recycled paper products whenever possible. You can be sure that Salon 505 Day Spa products are never tested on animals.
- Salon 505 Day Spa believes in providing ongoing training for our staff. As our professionals learn and exercise their talents, you benefit from the results.
- Our success is built on service. To ensure our clients receive the treatment they want and need, we simply consult with and listen to you before each service. We hope the outcome is always satisfying.
- We want you to feel pampered so we offer little extra conveniences, like cordless phones. A luncheon service is also available upon request. Fax machines are also at your convenience.
